The structured financing of trade operations is:

- The issue of the documentary instruments – documentary credits and bank's guarantees;

- Relatively short-term financing – as a rule, up to 1 year;

- Detailed monitoring of trade financing operations which allows to control the money and the goods flows during the financing period and enables to take in proper time the adequate measures in case of sudden changes on the market or in the work or financial situation of the client;

 

 Using trade financing, the client informs the bank about each phase of transaction, confirming that the agreement is being fulfilled in accordance with preliminary arrangements.

 

The management of the structured financing of trade operations in Credit Boston consists of two departments:

Projects preparation department – clarification of the client's financial needs, structuring of transactions on trade financing, agreeing of financing terms and conditions with clients;

Projects monitoring department – preparation of appropriate financing contracts, control of clients' fulfilment of their obligations, monitoring of transactions, calculation and control of necessary support and reporting to the management about the course of transactions.
